Role Description
We are hiring an enthusiastic and dedicated Relationship Manager to join our team, promoting the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojna, a government initiative aimed at making solar power accessible for households across India. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for communicating with electricity consumers, explaining the benefits and application process for installing rooftop solar systems, and assisting them with any queries related to the scheme. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a sustainable energy future while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consumer Outreach: Engage with electricity consumers over the phone to inform them about the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojna and its benefits.
- Explain Scheme Benefits: Clearly explain the cost-saving, environmental, and energy independence advantages of installing rooftop solar systems.
- Guide Application Process: Assist consumers with the step-by-step application procedure, including registration, vendor selection, and subsidy application.
- Answer Queries: Respond to inquiries about eligibility, financing options, technical specifications, and other details related to the solar scheme.
- Handle Objections: Address any consumer concerns, such as upfront costs or system reliability, by providing informative responses based on the training module.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport over the phone.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience: Previous experience in Tele-calling, customer support, or sales is preferred, especially in promoting government schemes or utility services.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills to manage documentation and utilize communication tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and persuasive abilities, with a focus on empathetic customer interaction.
