Job Role : Relationship Manager / Agency Channel
CTC : 4.0 LPA
Location- Nasik, Aurangabad, Sangli, Nagpur, Jalna, Akola, Panaji, Pune
Role Responsibilities
It include recruiting and onboarding new agents, providing them with the necessary training and support to effectively sell insurance products. They ensure agents meet sales targets, offer solutions to any challenges, and keep them updated on product offerings and industry changes. The Relationship Manager also monitors agents' performance, provides regular feedback, and helps drive business growth through continuous engagement and motivation. Additionally, they act as a bridge between the company and agents, ensuring smooth communication and a strong partnership that benefits both parties.
Required Qualifications
Graduate - In Any Field
Proven experience in Agency within the insurance industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
