- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets set by the company.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain high standards in all business practices.
- Identify and implement new strategies to reach more customers and increase sales in your region.
- Manage the sales of motor, life, and health insurance, as well as loans, credit cards, NPS, and other new products from the company.
