Key Responsibilities
- Product Sales: Promote and sell Loan Against Property and Business Loan products to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Documentation: Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure all required documentation is accurately filled.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to meet with potential customers and build a strong pipeline of leads.
- Minimum qualification: Graduation
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Knowledge of Loan Against Property and Business Loan products is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
