- Oversee the full lifecycle of financial advisors/agents, including regular meetings and interactions.
- Train financial advisors/agents on using our app to efficiently and effectively serve their customers.
- Drive productivity among partners, focusing on renewals and maintaining concentration on core goals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets as assigned by the manager or organization.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain full compliance.
- Uphold the highest standards of business hygiene.
- Identify and implement new strategies to expand reach and increase sales within the assigned region.
- Handle the distribution of various products, including motor, life, and health insurance, as well as loans, credit cards, NPS, and other products introduced by the organization.
