- Develop the territory where the said employee is posted and grow business on profitable segments from Retail Agents of that territory
- Ensure a minimum recruitment of 2 new Agents (preferably IRDA Agents) who have an average monthly business potential of 3.5 lacs.
- Conduct regular training sessions and motivate the agents to take part in Club Membership programs and various contests.
- Provide constant support to agents in policy issuance, agent portal issues, endorsements/cancellation, claim and outgo related issues.
- Ensure to meet daily minimum 2 existing agents daily, 1 prospective agent and go on 1 joint visit with supervisor
- Ensure meeting 100% agents at least once who are mapped to him by 10 th of every month
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
