Roles And Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales & Customer Management
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to retain and grow customer relationships.
  • Drive brand product sales and ensure customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, timely invoicing, and reliable delivery.
  • Sales & Marketing Execution
  • Promote products via targeted marketing and direct customer engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and product demos.
  • Grow genuine spares and accessories sales through dealer channels.
  • Maintain top-line sales with a strong focus on profitability and regional market growth.
  • Brand & Campaign Strategy
  • Lead 360° brand and product campaigns.
  • Identify new markets and dealer opportunities.
  • Strengthen dealer partnerships and support dealership development to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Training & Communication
  • Manage brand communication and reputation.
  • Facilitate internal and external product training programs.
  • Enhance team and dealer capabilities through structured training initiatives.
  • Operational Coordination
  • Support internal teams and reseller networks with marketing materials and investments.
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries and optimize promotional impact.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment across departments.
  • Trade Marketing & Institutional Engagement
  • Execute trade marketing plans and channel campaigns.
  • Drive product range growth via dealer training.
  • Engage with government institutions to promote subsidies and generate business.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Travel extensively within the territory to gather market insights.
  • Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends.
  • Present regular business reports and ensure timely dealer collections.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on channel sales, key account management, and team leadership
  • Proven experience in dealer-based distribution models, preferably in power tools, power products, agriculture, or industrial segments
  • Prior exposure to government departments and institutional sales is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success in brand building, business development, and sales strategy execution
  • Fluent in the local language, with working proficiency in Hindi and English
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic understanding of e-commerce platforms
  • Strong customer orientation with a track record of delivering results
