Regional Head of Analysis, EUR

The purpose of this role is to act as a reliable counterpart to the Regional Finance Leadership Team, driving FP&A and business partnering related activities, including supporting Regional and Area finance teams with financial and business insights with the aim to continuously improve business performance and decision making.

Key Accountabilities

• Drive Value creation as a trusted partner to the Regional Finance Leadership Team and respective stakeholders
• Ensure financial planning and analysis activities are properly conducted, and that recommendations and reports are accurate and provided in a timely manner
• Provide leadership to professional staff and work independently within a broad framework, with a clear level of authority – coaching and mentoring to build organizational capability, talent and bench strength
• Define, communicate and drive strategies, together with Regional Finance Leadership Team, while understanding overall objectives and effectively manage regional and area stakeholders
• Responsible for the analysis and interpretation of budgets and forecasts, timely and high-quality financial reporting and analysis to key stakeholders
• Deliver required insights, including transparency on costs, revenues and profitability for the different verticals and segments, and to the various country, area and regional stakeholders to allow for proper business planning
• Establish and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with the finance community
• Solve complex challenges based on accurate identification of underlying factors, while being aware of the impact of how proposed solutions can contribute to wider decision-making
• Actively drive together with the Regional Finance Leadership Team, the implementation of a proper FP&A reporting and analysis structure and process across the region, working closely with relevant COE leads
• Proactively seek opportunities to provide insights, run simulations, gain business knowledge to explain movements in financials, including acting as a reliable partner to regional and area stakeholders
