This Job Is Provided By Apna.co AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
To spearhead business and servicing for MGBC clients in the given Region .The primary responsibility of the RBDO is to support target fulfillment for Scheme based and Direct sale targets to the branches/region .
Main Responsibilities
The main responsibility of the RBDO is to bring business from our existing as well as new clients by regularly visiting and creating a healthy relationship with Branch Manager and staff in your allocated region.Also providing training ,whenever a new employee joins and providing timely updates on the MGBC products wherever required. Travelling in and around regions /branches is a must.
Required Qualifications
l Graduate/Post Graduate
l Sales Experience In Financial Products,Banks ,Insurance Etc Preferred.
l Freshers with good sales skills also welcome.
l Minimum 1 years sales experience in channels, dealers, B2B, D2C.
Personal Skills
l Strong Communication skills
l Fluency in local language
l Excellent interpersonal skills and team management
l Highly self motivated
l Willingness to learn and adapt
l Willingness to travel
