Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Design innovative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates across various platforms.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and promote a positive candidate experience.

Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Metrics and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.

Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to the recruitment team on best practices and effective hiring techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Recruitment Strategist or in a similar role within talent acquisition.
