Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize multiple channels and platforms to source high-quality candidates for various positions.

Screening:

Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization.

Client Management:

Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

Database Management:

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information on candidates and hiring progress.

Job Posting:

Draft, edit, and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media channels to attract suitable candidates.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiation:

Work with candidates and clients to negotiate job offers, salaries, and other employment terms.

Collaboration:

Partner with internal teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment processes.

Compliance:

Ensure that recruitment activities are compliant with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

Reporting:

Generate reports on key recruitment metrics and share insights with the leadership team.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement to streamline recruitment and enhance the candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
