Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, ensuring alignment with the company's values, goals, and skill requirements.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating offers.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals) to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives through online platforms and job fairs.
- Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs, align job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Metrics & Reporting: Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) to improve processes and optimize effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) principles throughout recruitment activities.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (preferably 2+ years).
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract passive candidates.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws and DE&I practices.
- Certification in Human Resources
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Knowledge of financial industry-specific hiring practices.
