Job Title: HR Recruiter Specialist

Reports To: HR Manager

Location: E-53 Sector 3 Noida

Job Summary

The HR Recruiter Specialist will lead efforts to identify, attract, and recruit top talent for [Company Name]. This role focuses on managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and building long-term relationships with potential candidates and key stakeholders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, ensuring alignment with the company's values, goals, and skill requirements.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating offers.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals) to attract highly qualified candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives through online platforms and job fairs.
  • Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs, align job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) to improve processes and optimize effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) principles throughout recruitment activities.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (preferably 2+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and attract passive candidates.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and DE&I practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Human Resources
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Knowledge of financial industry-specific hiring practices.
