Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Resume Screening: Review and evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates that align with job requirements.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, assessing candidates' skills and cultural fit for the organization.

Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.

Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Job Posting: Create and manage job advertisements across various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and talent availability to inform recruitment strategies.

Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
