Recruitment Resourcer

About This Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer for a six-month maternity cover contract to predominantly support our US recruitment team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage top-tier passive talent across the United States with a focus on sales and research talent, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.

Working closely with our recruiters, you will manage the initial stage of the hiring process, helping to accelerate time-to-hire while maintaining a strong emphasis on candidate quality. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to act quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be remote and the shift will be, Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 23:30 (IST).

Job Description:

Support the full recruitment cycle in partnership with the talent acquisition recruiters.Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of roles and functions to identify talent.Design and execute sourcing strategies that align with dynamic and evolving business priorities.Attract and engage passive prospects across Forrester’s three major geographies (North America, Europe, and APAC).Leverage tools like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Workday to engage talent.Proactively build and nurture relationships with prospects in support of current and future hiring needsSimultaneously manage multiple searches and support multiple talent acquisition recruiters across the global team.

Job Requirements:

• Intellectual curiosity around technology, business, and talent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion around sensitive information.
• A bias toward action and innovation.
