We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic 'HR Recruiter Intern' to support our HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to hiring processes and is ideal for freshers or students aspiring to build a career in HR and recruitment.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth communication.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
