Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
Interview Coordination: Arrange and manage interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
