Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment & HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process while also supporting HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Job Posting & Sourcing: Create job postings and actively source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Offer Negotiation: Assist in salary discussions and finalize job offers in coordination with management.

HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

Onboarding & Induction: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, conducting orientation sessions and paperwork formalities.

Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee morale, retention, and workplace culture.

Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure recruitment and HR activities comply with company policies and labor laws.

Performance Monitoring: Assist in performance appraisals, feedback collection, and employee development programs.

Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on hiring metrics, employee engagement, and workforce trends.

Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
