Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment & HR Executive to join our human resources team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in talent acquisition and HR operations, contributing to building a skilled workforce while ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies and networking.

Employee Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring all documentation and orientation processes are completed.

Employee Relations: Serve as a primary contact for employee queries and foster a positive work environment.

HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Policy Implementation: Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance review systems and providing feedback mechanisms.

Training Coordination: Collaborate on organizing training programs to enhance employee skills and professional development.

Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote team cohesion and satisfaction.

Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.

Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.

Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements to recruitment and HR processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, HR software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
