Job Overview

Almighty HRD Consultants is seeking a Junior Recruitment Executive for a full-time remote position, headquartered in Coimbatore. The role requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in recruitment. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for our diverse client base. This is an exceptional opportunity to work remotely with an innovative team and drive successful talent acquisition strategies.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field with strong knowledge of recruitment processes and industry's best practices.
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing across multiple platforms to identify qualified candidates efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems for streamlining recruitment processes and enhancing communication with candidates (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated ability in interview scheduling and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven expertise in CV screening to shortlist candidates who meet clients' requirements and align with organizational goals.
  • Experience in job posting on various job boards and social media platforms to attract a broad range of applicants for multiple roles.
  • Ability to manage talent pipeline and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs and ongoing recruitment efforts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and effectively engage with candidates and clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique hiring needs and organizational culture.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' suitability for client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their staffing needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to organize and track recruitment activities and candidate details efficiently.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients regarding application status and interview outcomes.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and recruitment best practices to provide premium service to clients and candidates.
