HIRING FOR RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE|| LOCATION- TILAK NAGAR, NEW DELHI

Profile: - Hr Recruiter / Recruitment executive

Company Name: - OrbiTouch Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd (OrbiTouch HR)

Experience- 1- 5yrs (fresher with minimum gradate and excellent comms most welcome)

Company Location: - Tilak Nagar (just walk from metro tilak nagar)

CTC: - upto 4Lpa

6 working days and shift timing 10am to 6.30pm. (work from office only)

Job Description: -

• Responsible for the full hiring cycle- requirement gathering, sourcing, pre- screening scheduling and coordinating for interviews.
• well friendly of using job portals (naukri, times, linkendin, shine, indeed ETC.)
• Screening resume end to end recruitment.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Following up on the interviews process status.
• Making tracker- sheet on regular basis for proper records.
  
  

Skills: -

• Well versed in candidate handling.
• Must have knowledge of Word, Excel PowerPoint
• Excellent Writing Skills Communication (English)
