Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Screening Resumes: Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates to keep them informed about their application status and the overall hiring process.

Job Posting: Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Offer Management: Assist in preparing and extending job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms as necessary.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and metrics for reporting purposes.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
