We are searching for a driven and enthusiastic Entry-Level Executive Recruiter to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will play a vital role in attracting and recruiting high-caliber candidates for our client's senior-level positions. Responsibilities: Partner with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and company culture. Conduct comprehensive candidate searches utilizing various sourcing strategies. Screen and qualify potential candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit. Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers. Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. Maintain a strong understanding of the current job market and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients at all levels. Excellent presentation and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. A high level of confidence and a positive, results-oriented attitude. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior recruitment experience (a plus, but not required).
