• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for multiple job openings.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract talent.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment (IT or non-IT).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals.
• Ability to handle multiple job requirements efficiently.
• Experience in volume hiring is a plus.
