Recruiter (Non-Tech roles)

About The Role

Sberbank India is looking for a dynamic and resulst-driven Business Recruiter to join our expanding team in our office in Delhi.

Recruiter will be responsible for recruitment in BU departments in India.

This role focuses on searching (Non-Tech) of high qualified candidates, building strong

relationships with hiring managers and represent our values across job market.

Responsibilities

• Conducting full cycle of selection of specialists and experts from withdrawal of the application to registration of
  
  

the candidate for work (FMCG, Construction, IT&Energy, Heavy industry, Transport&Machines, Pharma&Chemical etc.) and back-office roles

• Closing vacancies according to hiring plan
• Proactive and informed searching of candidates by different sources (Linkedin, Naukri, reference, direct search, etc)
• Labour market monitoring
• Building effective relationships with job seekers, provide support at all staged of recruitment
• Participation in HR projects
• Internal accounting and reporting
  
  

Requirements

• High education (preferable human resources or management)
• Mandatory business recruitment from 7 years
• Advantaged excel knowledge
• Understanding business spheres
• Successful experience of closing diverse vacancies
• Multitasking
