We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various job roles across industries. • Source, screen, and interview candidates based on client requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate assessments, and interview coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals, to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
• Provide guidance and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on market trends and hiring best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, BPO, or corporate hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple job openings and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and LinkedIn sourcing.
