Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various client job openings across multiple industries. This role requires a strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and job compatibility
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring client needs
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and provide timely feedback
• Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Develop relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing and recruiting strategies
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a staffing agency environment
• Proven ability to source and place candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Bullhorn, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
