About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to manage recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles, including positions in the BPO international voice process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successful hiring for diverse business requirements. Additionally, experience in Business Development (BDE) would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Sourcing: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, and BPO international voice process roles, sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews, liaise between candidates and hiring managers, and ensure smooth interview processes.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide an excellent experience to candidates through clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional hiring process.
  • Job Postings & Advertisements: Post job openings on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.
  • BDE Hiring: Assist in recruitment for Business Development Executive (BDE) roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding BDE candidates with strong sales and communication skills.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate information, hiring processes, and relevant documentation using HR software/tools.
  • Talent Pool Creation: Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, talent market analysis, and new sourcing techniques to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and managers to understand hiring requirements and organizational needs.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, with exposure to IT, Non-IT, and BPO international voice process roles.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and communicate with candidates professionally.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Knowledge or experience in hiring for sales-oriented roles such as BDE or Business Development.
  • Strong Sourcing Skills: Experience using job portals, social media, and networking to find the best candidates.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to assess candidate fit for different roles and solve any recruitment challenges.
  • Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple hiring processes at once while maintaining a high level of efficiency.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System), HRMS, and other recruitment tools is preferred.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Flexible & Adaptable: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hiring for BPO international voice process roles.
  • Exposure to Business Development Executive hiring and understanding of the skills required for BDE roles.
  • A proactive, positive, and result-oriented attitude.
