Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
• Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in travel arrangements or other front desk tasks as assigned.
