Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, document handling, and filing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth front desk operations.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and hospitality standards are met at all times.
  • Address inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and promptness.
