Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, including guests, clients, and employees, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department, or take detailed messages
• Manage appointments by scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and booking meeting rooms
• Handle mail and packages by receiving, sorting, and dispatching them promptly
• Maintain office organization by managing supplies, organizing documents, and ensuring a clean workspace
• Perform data entry tasks to update records, databases, and files accurately
• Support staff with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, emails, and presentations
• Manage correspondence by sending out internal and external communications as needed
