Job Overview

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centers. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.

Qualifications And Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide accurate information to callers
• Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork
• Coordinate patient flow by communicating with medical staff and ensuring timely appointments
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Assist with billing and insurance-related tasks
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations
