Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Area Property Manager to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Generating Rental property leads, conducting
property visits, engaging with potential tenants, and effectively promoting our rental properties
to achieve occupancy goals.
This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong customer
service orientation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field..
- Previous experience in Real Estate sales is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable Vehicle for property visits.
