- Ensure timely follow-ups and coordinate property visits based on client availability.
- Provide excellent customer service with a strong focus on achieving successful and satisfactory deal closures.
- Keep up-to-date with new property launches, current market dynamics, and competitor developments.
- Maintain well-organized and accurate records of client communications and sales pipeline activity.
- Guide clients through each phase of the property buying journey to ensure a smooth and informed experience.
- Work proactively to meet individual and team sales targets, supporting overall business growth.
- Share detailed, transparent, and reliable information about all real estate offerings.
