- Skills in calculating Building Plinth Area, Construction Slab Area from CAD Drawings.
- Confirming Carpet Area and Sale Area of flats.
- Quantification of budgetary, job quantity for building, for amenities, services, ground development & infrastructure activities.
- Forwarding the budgetary estimate to execution team.
- Entering the estimated job quantities in high rise WBS.
- Quantification of job quantity for all work up to plinth (i.e., earthwork, concrete, reinforcement, basement waterproofing, backfilling, etc.).
- Quantification of job quantity for RCC parking slabs (concrete & reinforcement).
- Quantification of job quantity for RCC (concrete & reinforcement) 1st floor slab (i.e., habitable floors).
- Quantification of job quantity for sample flat (masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, carpentry/doors, plumbing, painting, windows, fabrication, aluminum works, etc.).
- Entering the detailed/revised job quantities for sample flat in high rise WBS.
- Quantification of job quantity for all RCC work (concrete & reinforcement work above 2nd floor to top floor in proportionate basis) - in absence of structural drawings.
- Rechecking/quantification of job quantity for masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, carpentry/doors, plumbing, painting, windows, fabrication, aluminum works.
- Review the estimated cost monthly on high-rise system.
- Collection of net material receipt at site for all materials including transfer in and transfer out.
- Collection of scrap sold data, rolling margin, material sent for testing, material theft at site.
- Collection of data like cement slurry while concreting, cement used for making of cover blocks, cement used for cube casting, repatching of honeycombing/grouting, cement used for curing ponds, cement waste in cleaning of pumping pipes in case of RMC plant at site, material used non-technical items like labor camp, W/M cabin, godown, toilets, etc.
