Position: Quantitative Trader

Location: Gurgaon (Primary), London, New York, Singapore (Alternate Locations)

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years of experience in quantitative trading or a similar role

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Quantitative Trader to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, applying quantitative methods to design, implement, and execute trading strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quantitative trading strategies for various asset classes.
• Perform in-depth data analysis, statistical modeling, and backtesting of strategies.
• Utilize machine learning and other advanced algorithms to optimize trading performance.
• Collaborate with trading desks and other teams to ensure strategies are aligned with market conditions.
• Monitor and optimize existing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Work with risk management and compliance teams to ensure all strategies adhere to regulations and firm policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in quantitative trading or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Solid background in statistics, mathematics, and financial markets.
• Experience in working with large data sets and implementing machine learning algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
