technologists, quantitative analysts, and researchers. As an emerging force in electronic trading, we seamlessly
blend key components of finance, systems engineering, and statistics. While rooted in quantitative trading, we also
offer a diverse portfolio of financial services with expertise spanning across High-frequency trading (HFT),
non-banking financial services (NBFC), angel investing, stock broking, and discretionary trading.
As Quant Trader, you will be responsible for providing liquidity to the option markets on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). You will use advanced quantitative models, algorithms, and proprietary strategies to quote both sides of the market, manage risk, and capitalize on pricing inefficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market making, quantitative finance, and a deep understanding of options trading strategies.
Key Responsibilities
○ Hands-on experience with algorithmic trading and low-latency execution.
○ Familiarity with the NSE and BSE options market structure, regulations, and trading mechanisms is highly desirable.
○ Experience with mathematical and statistical tools like Matlab, R, or similar platforms. ○ Strong understanding of financial derivatives, particularly options and volatility products. ○ Familiarity with market microstructure, order book dynamics, and execution strategies. ○ Knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies for options trading.
○ Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
○ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
○ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Making: Provide continuous liquidity by quoting bid and ask prices on NSE/BSE-listed options, ensuring that markets are competitive and efficient.
- Quantitative Strategy Development: Design, implement, and improve quantitative models and algorithms for pricing, risk management, and execution in the options market.
- Risk Management: Monitor and manage risk in real-time, including delta, gamma, vega, and other option Greeks. Ensure position limits and risk thresholds are adhered to.
- Data Analysis and Market Research: Perform statistical and quantitative analysis of market data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for alpha generation in options trading.
