Roles And Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily quality control and assurance activities within the manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO22000 and HACCP standards to safeguard food safety throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to BRC standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the production team to develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs for all key processes.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices in food safety management.
- Coordinate with external auditors for certifications and ensure timely completion of all required audits.
- Investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance metrics and present findings to management for review.
