Job Description
Analysis and monitoring of Quality and Defects IN CI AND SG and provide solution to them.
Knowledge of kaizen,5s ,6s and lean management
Knowledge of quality of molding and melting
Improve the quality of green sand and eliminate all the sand related defect
Works on cost effective method.
Oversaw quality control for green sand mold inspections.
Analyzed casting defects and prepared detailed reports.
Conducted thorough visual inspections to ensure quality
Knows how to make WI, SOP, and foundry visualization
Conduct Internal system audits, Process and Product audits.
Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, IATF, etc.) and customer-specific requirements.
Engage with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials meets the required standards.
Participate in supplier audits and collaborate with suppliers on quality improvement programs.
