We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to manage and ensure the quality of construction and installation activities for Water Supply, STP, and WTP projects at our Jabalpur site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control systems, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to manage and ensure the quality of construction and installation activities for Water Supply, STP, and WTP projects at our Jabalpur site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control systems, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans at the project site.
- Conduct inspection and testing of civil, mechanical, and electromechanical work at each stage of construction.
- Ensure materials, workmanship, and processes comply with contract specifications, IS codes, and CPHEEO guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain all QA/QC documentation including checklists, inspection reports, and test reports.
- Coordinate with execution teams, contractors, and third-party inspection agencies.
- Identify and report non-conformities and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
- Maintain records of material approvals, lab test reports, and site observations.
- Assist in internal audits and quality reviews.
- Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality standards and best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, testing methods, and material specifications.
- Familiar with civil and mechanical work inspection for STP, WTP, and pipeline projects.
- Knowledge of IS codes, CPHEEO manual, and third-party testing protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail, record-keeping, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and quality management systems.
- Experience in government/urban infrastructure projects involving water treatment or distribution.
- Exposure to NABL/TPA coordination and RMC/construction material testing.
