Proven experience as a Quality Engineer and/or Data Analyst. Strong knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and data analysis techniques. Proficiency in data analysis and using quality management software and tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Internal Auditor Certification in ISO9001 will be an added advantage.

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints / field quality issues and providing detailed reports and actions.
  • Collaborate with Cross Functional teams to identify and implement quality improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality control plans and procedures for Field Quality operations.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collect, process, and analyse large datasets to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Analyse quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement in Field Quality metrics and drive actions.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to uncover insights and inform business strategies.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data audits and validations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest data analytics tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices and future trends.
  • Attend organise CFT meetings and take appropriate action for Field issues.
  • Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management System (ISO9001)
