Job Summary
As a Quality Control Operations Analyst within the Bilateral Deal Setup & Funding Team, you will review documentation and approve loan transactions on commercial loan systems for multiple Deal Set-up teams and Lines of Business. You will participate in projects assigned by the Manager and ensure all work meets daily deadlines and high-volume expectations. Your role is critical in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across loan operations.

Job Summary

Your role is critical in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across loan operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Review documentation to ensure compliance, credit, audit, and funding requirements are met
- Verify approved and executed documents for consistency
- Approve new loan bookings, renewals, and modifications on commercial loan systems
- Approve loan fundings, wires, payments, and rate updates
- Ensure all processed work adheres to established procedures
- Utilize multiple loan and supporting systems for quality review
- Communicate and clarify information with processing teams
- Meet service level expectations and achieve team and individual goals
- Participate in projects as assigned by the Manager
- Organize and prioritize tasks in a metrics-driven environment
- Adapt to best practices and seek continuous improvement
- Hold a college degree or possess minimum 2 years of financial services or operations experience
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Organize and prioritize work while handling multiple tasks concurrently
- Understand the importance of details and apply a methodical approach to tasks
- Work with urgency and adapt to evolving best practices
- Function cooperatively, sharing information and supporting team goals
- Utilize prior experience in Quality & Control, Commercial Loan Booking & Funding, or Loan Processing
- Support a teamwork-oriented environment and present a professional attitude
- Effectively multi-task and prioritize workloads within tight service levels
- Demonstrate proficiency in all MS Office programs and quickly adopt new systems
- Adapt to new technologies and process improvements
- Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and development
- Manage occasional overtime as required
