Job Roles And Responsibility

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for garment production

Conduct inspections and tests at all stages: raw materials, in-process, and final product

Ensure product identification, traceability, and test status are maintained

Perform periodic maintenance of instruments and machines, keeping detailed records

Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues, enhance processes, and ensure targets are achieved

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout production

Monitor and assess supplier quality performance, addressing any concerns

Conduct audits of manufacturing facilities and processes to ensure adherence to quality management systems

Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality metrics, inspection results, and audit findings

Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices, identifying and addressing training needs

Analyze customer feedback and returns to identify and address trend and areas of improvement

Implement quality management systems like ISO 9001 and drive continuous improvement

Prepare and present quality reports and recommendations to management

Develop, manage, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to align with quality system requirements and effectively work with technical, development, and production teams

Assist technicians with pattern/specification checks and resolve production issues

Supervise sample evaluation and production approval, reviewing measurement, workmanship, fitting, and accessories.

Monitor QA/QC performance by gathering production data and producing statistical reports.

Ensure all quality and production issues are addressed through auditing and controlling.

Manage production planning, machine maintenance, and proper utilization of MMR.

Approve size set samples, conduct pre-production meetings, and perform in-line inspections.

Approve prints, embroidery, washes, and other requirements as per the buying house.

Conduct final pre-inspections with random box checks to verify weight, bundles, pieces, and embellishments against the sealer sample, ensuring AQL compliance and providing updates to the buying QC team
