We Are Hiring – Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) in alignment with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and incoming quality inspections (IQC) for raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor instrument calibration, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze internal rejections, perform root cause analysis, and drive process improvements to enhance product quality.
• Handle customer complaints, implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with production, suppliers, and consultants to resolve quality issues and optimize processes.
• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to company policies, and contribute to team development.

Who Can Apply ?

• Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a QA/QC role (Industry experience preferred)
• Technical Skills: Quality control standards, measuring instruments, MS Office, quality control tools
• Interpersonal Skills: Team management, communication, coordination, problem-solving
