Quality Analyst - Manual Testing

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand project requirements and create detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
  • Perform manual testing (functional, regression, integration, UI, usability).
  • Detect, document, and track bugs/issues to ensure they are resolved in time.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing to maintain compatibility.
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation for test processes and outcomes.
  • Suggest improvements in product quality and testing processes.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in manual testing.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and QA methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of writing and executing test cases & test scenarios.
  • Proficiency in English communication (written & verbal) to coordinate effectively with teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Good-to-Have (Plus Points)

  • Exposure to automation testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, Postman, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and database queries (SQL).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
