Quality Analyst in Kalyan, Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze system specifications and requirements
• Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and automation) using Selenium
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation
• Conduct regression, functional, and post-release testing
• Use Jenkins to integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline
• Work with Git for version control of test scripts and code
• Assist in troubleshooting and reproducing issues with development teams
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of test scenarios, results, and processes
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and QA team members
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 0–1 years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing (including internships or academic projects)
• Basic knowledge of Selenium (Java) for test automation
• Basic knowledge of Jenkins for automation and continuous integration
• Basic knowledge of Git for version control (e.g., GitHub)
• Understanding of manual testing methodologies, especially for web applications
• Ability to document and report bugs clearly and accurately
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar
• Familiarity with basic scripting or programming (e.g., Java)
• Understanding of testing enterprise applications or ERP systems

The candidate will be on a 2-year contract.
