Who We Are Looking For

The Quality analyst, Billing EDI will be responsible for improving overall knowledge levels of fix Clearing house rejections and claim submission, work in collaboration with team members, leads, training team and Manager to identify any process gaps and address fixing those skill gaps, by regular updating the SOP’s/PI’s thus targeting for improved quality.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Part of Our Team

  • Applying subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes.
  • Assist with training for all Billing EDI staff, serving as the Quality analyst for Billing/EDI questions from staff - targeting to have less escalations and issues.
  • To coach team members. Identifies development areas and helps the individuals and the team to improve their performance and enhance their potential.
  • Providing subject expertise and guidance to the users on the floor.
  • Verifying updates and reference information, including user guides, and training manuals, and keeping it updated.
  • Trending errors to determine training opportunities.
  • Work closely with ops, training, US based and India based leadership to reduce any knowledge gaps.
  • Presenting and explaining information and suggesting improvements.
  • Highlight potential issues in the billing operations to management.
  • Maintain and track accuracy rates for all users.


What You Should Have To Qualify

  • Good Knowledge on US healthcare (Preferable Professional & Hospital Billing)
  • In depth experience in Clearing house rejections. (Waystar knowledge is preferable).
  • Experience in Claim submission.
  • Charge Push
  • Depth Knowledge in Charge Entry. (CPT/DX & Modifiers)
  • Knowledge of Payer IDs.
  • Knowledge of Provider related enrollment /rejections.
  • Ability to resolve process queries.
