Quality Analyst

What You'll Do

We are looking for a GoLive Quality Analyst / SME with excellent knowledge of the Avalara customer onboarding process to join the GoLive team.  As a Quality Analyst you will need to be comfortable answering process and procedure related queries, have a strong knowledge of the onboarding process, and have experience with Avalara’s products. You will support training of new hires, provide floor coaching and support, and review GoLive implementations to ensure a high bar for customer experience is met. This role will work closely with the GoLive Managers to ensure every team member has the support and coaching to be successful in their roles. On a day-to day basis the role is responsible for delivering and maintaining training content, supporting GoLive Analysts as they learn new implementation types, and will work closely with GoLive leaders to provide updates and suggestions for improvement.

• Ensure that quality metrics are prioritized within the team and that appropriate feedback, support, and coaching on quality takes place in a way to drive improvement.  
• Provide ongoing training support as learners grow in their role and graduate to more technical or complex topics.  
• Contribute to the Quality strategy, supporting the build and ongoing delivery of quality frameworks.
• Be a point of contact and support for all training including for those Consultants that require additional support to pass certification and to successfully take contacts.
• Complete quality assurance audits and identify future development needs. Use those results to help drive relevant actions in respect of training and development across GoLive.
  
  

What You'll Need to be Successful

Essential Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

 

• 1+ years of GoLive or related experience.
• Ability to pivot and adapt to change and have the required skill to quickly translate knowledge into written and verbal practical guidance for your audience.
• The ability to stay up to date with the changing processes and regulations both inside and outside of the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A high degree of organizational and project management skills.
  
  

 

Desirable Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

 

• Experience of delivering training sessions 
• Experience of using Learning Management Systems 
• Knowledge of quality program analytics or similar fields of work.
