Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Quality Assurance engineer to write and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.

As a QA engineer, you will be designing and implementing tests, debug and make corrective actions. You play a vital role in the company’s application development process. You will be responsible for testing the product before launches to ensure that the product is free from errors and reliable.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creative thinking, great attitude, strong analytic and problem solving skills
• Review requirements, Identify test requirements from specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans, test cases and test scenarios
• Execute and evaluate test cases and evaluate report test results
• Identify, record, document and track bugs using respective tools.
• Perform Build verification testing, Retesting, Regression Testing, UI Testing, cross browser testing and Performance testing
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results
• Contribute to the growth and improvement of QA process
• Be familiar with testing tools and methodologies.
  
  

What We'd Love To See

• Experience in E-Commerce domain is must
• Proven 3 to 4 years of experience and expertise in quality assurance
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Strong knowledge of testing for Magento based application (B2B, B2C), Shopify and mobile application testing [android,ios]
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools, JMeter Load testing
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process and managing tasks defects using tools such as JIRA
• Able to work on dedicated projects/multiple projects as an individual QA or with team
• Strong writing and communication skills. Must be able to clearly describe and discuss problem and work towards finding solution
• Certification is add on
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
