Responsibilities And Duties

  • Review user requirements documents to ensure testability of requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, scripts, and detailed test reports.
  • Validate that user expectations are met throughout the testing process.
  • Conduct manual testing across web applications, identifying defects and reporting them.
  • Work under tight deadlines to ensure timely delivery of bug-free releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Experience, Skills, And Qualifications

  • 2 years to 4 years of experience in manual testing of web applications.
  • A degree in MCA, B.Tech, or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Expertise in manual testing and test case design and execution.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in designing flow diagrams and process flows.
  • Knowledge of database testing and mobile application testing is a plus.
  • Good to have experience in Gen AI application testing.

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools is an advantage.
